Zia TaylorDirector

Zia co-founded Taylor Gibbs in 1990. The property market has seen many changes during this time and she has been instrumental in ensuring that Taylor Gibbs continually outperforms our competitors. With over 30 years of experience and knowledge, Zia is ideally placed to lead our teams being a qualified member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (MARLA), National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).

Charlotte BourneAssociate Director

Charlotte started her career with Taylor Gibbs over 18 years ago to follow her passion for property. Charlotte’s in-depth knowledge of Highgate and its surrounding areas has helped to secure the company as one of the leading Sales and Letting agents in Highgate Village. Charlotte is a North Londoner born and bred and is involved with various local committees including the Highgate Society and Highgate Christmas lights committee. She raises money for various charities by taking on an annual challenges such as half marathons and swimming the length of the English Channel.

In her spare time Charlotte likes wine tasting, swimming, long walks, and socialising with friends.

Miles PonderAssociate Director

Miles started his career in property 22 years ago and has spent the majority of his career in Highgate at Taylor Gibbs. As a child, he grew up in the area so has an in depth knowledge of Highgate and the surrounding areas. He has a strong passion for property and the diversity of domestic architecture throughout Highgate. Miles’s experience of 22 years, combined with his excellent local knowledge enables him to offer our clients the best possible service.

Joe McGeoughProperty Manager

Joe has been working in the property industry since 2012. Having started his career as a Lettings Negotiator at Taylor Gibbs, he has since enjoyed success working on behalf of major commercial and residential Landlords in Knightsbridge & Chelsea, both as a Graduate Surveyor and Property Manager. Joe returned to Taylor Gibbs in 2017 as a Property Manager and continues to strive to create strong relationships with his clients. His experience enables him to deliver the best possible service in all aspects of Property Management.

Sarah O'BrienOffice Coordinator

After a long career in Public Relations Sarah joined Taylor Gibbs in November 2019 to pursue her passion for property. She has lived in the area all of her life and therefore has a great knowledge of the local area. Sarah has two years experience in Property Management under her belt giving her a good grounding of the lettings process alongside developing good relationships with Landlords and Tenants. She has now made the move into the Sales & Lettings department and is looking forward to furthering her career whilst bringing her warm and helpful approach to the department and Taylor Gibbs clients.

Kelly MeadProperty Manager

Kelly has been working in the property industry since 1997 working throughout North London. Having started her career in Sales she then moved over to Lettings, where she has gained a wealth of experience in property management and a desire to provide the best customer service to both Landlords and tenants. Living locally to Highgate she is delighted to be working in the area where she is able to explore her love of period properties and finding new areas to walk her dogs.

Jordan OrtonProperty Manager

Jordan joined the Property Management Team in 2022. Having grown up in the area he regularly enjoys exploring North London and all it has to offer. He has always had an interest in property so was pleased to have the opportunity to combine both of his passions at Taylor Gibbs. Having previously worked in the hospitality industry Jordan has had lots of customer focused experience and his calm disposition and level headed attitude will be an asset to the company making for lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike. He is looking forward to progressing his career and to a promising future with the agency.
