Zia co-founded Taylor Gibbs in 1990. The property market has seen many changes during this time and she has been instrumental in ensuring that Taylor Gibbs continually outperforms our competitors. With 30 years of experience and knowledge, Zia is ideally placed to lead our teams being a qualified member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (MARLA), National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).

Charlotte BourneAssociate Director

Charlotte has been with Taylor Gibbs for over 15 years. She started with us in 2004 in the Lettings department but was soon also dealing with Sales where she has excelled. Her fantastic in-depth knowledge of Highgate and its surrounding areas has helped to secure the company as one of the leading Sales and Letting agents in the village.

Miles PonderAssociate Director

Miles originally started working for Taylor Gibbs in 2001 and he rejoined the company in 2011. His career started in Lettings however he joined the Sales department in 2013. Miles was raised locally and loves everything about Highgate. His passion of property along with experience and knowledge of the area enables him to offer the best service possible.

Joe McGeoughProperty Manager

Joe has been working in the property industry since 2012. Having started his career as a Lettings Negotiator at Taylor Gibbs, he has since enjoyed success working on behalf of major commercial and residential Landlords in Knightsbridge & Chelsea, both as a Graduate Surveyor and Property Manager. Joe returned to Taylor Gibbs in 2017 as a Property Manager and continues to strive to create strong relationships with his clients. His experience enables him to deliver the best possible service in all aspects of Property Management.

Sarah O'BrienOffice Coordinator

After a long career in Public Relations Sarah joined Taylor Gibbs in November 2019 to pursue her passion for property. She has lived in the area all of her life and therefore has a great knowledge of the local area. Sarah has two years experience in Property Management under her belt giving her a good grounding of the lettings process alongside developing good relationships with Landlords and Tenants. She has now made the move into the Sales & Lettings department and is looking forward to furthering her career whilst bringing her warm and helpful approach to the department and Taylor Gibbs clients.

Holly HinshelwoodProperty Manager

Holly has been working in the property industry since 2006, having started in clients accounts in Sussex, Holly moved to London to start working in the property management department for Taylor Gibbs. After 7 years with the team, Holly has great knowledge of the area and Taylor Gibbs Clients. She strives to give the best customer services to both Landlords and Tenants.

Jordan OrtonProperty Manager

Jordan joined the Property Management Team in 2022. Having grown up in the area he regularly enjoys exploring North London and all it has to offer. He has always had an interest in property so was pleased to have the opportunity to combine both of his passions at Taylor Gibbs. Having previously worked in the hospitality industry Jordan has had lots of customer focused experience and his calm disposition and level headed attitude will be an asset to the company making for lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike. He is looking forward to progressing his career and to a promising future with the agency.
