Charlotte BourneAssociate Director

Charlotte started her career with Taylor Gibbs over 20 years ago to follow her passion for property. Charlotte’s in-depth knowledge of Highgate and its surrounding areas has helped to secure the company as one of the leading Sales and Letting agents in Highgate Village. Charlotte is a North Londoner born and bred and is involved with various local committees including the Highgate Society and Highgate Christmas lights committee. She raises money for various charities by taking on an annual challenges such as half marathons and swimming the length of the English Channel.

In her spare time Charlotte likes wine tasting, swimming, long walks, and socialising with friends.

Miles PonderAssociate Director

Miles started his career in property 24 years ago and has spent the majority of his career in Highgate at Taylor Gibbs. As a child, he grew up in the area so has an in depth knowledge of Highgate and the surrounding areas. He has a strong passion for property and the diversity of domestic architecture throughout Highgate. Miles’s experience of 24 years, combined with his excellent local knowledge enables him to offer our clients the best possible service.

Kelly MeadHead of Property Management

Kelly has been working in the property industry since 1997 working throughout North London. Having started her career in Sales she then moved over to Lettings, where she has gained a wealth of experience in property management and a desire to provide the best customer service to both Landlords and tenants. Living locally to Highgate she is delighted to be working in the area where she is able to explore her love of period properties and finding new areas to walk her dogs.

Jessica TiniosProperty Manager

Jessica joined the Property Management team in 2026 after many years of working in sales and customer service. Originally from the USA, she moved to North London in 2020. She has since developed a strong passion for her adopted home and enjoys learning everything she can about the history and architecture of Highgate, and its surrounding neighbourhoods. She is a keen outdoorswoman and completed the Appalachian Trail and half the Pacific Crest Trail in America before moving to the UK. These days she enjoys traversing North London’s hilly terrain and exploring its many beautiful parks.

Shanelle ReynoldsProperty Manager

Shanelle joined the Property Management team in 2025, after having 3 years of previous experience in the property industry. She has recently undertaken her master's in law, studying on the Bar which she wishes to fully complete in 2026. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and visiting new places.

Katrina GoldbandSales & Lettings Administrator

Katrina joined our Sales and Lettings team in 2026, bringing with her a wealth of sales and operational experience gained throughout her previous roles. Originally from the US, Katrina has called North London home for the past 20 years. Having raised her two children in the area, she has developed an extensive knowledge of North London. Although new to the property industry, Katrina’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail and broad administrative experience make her a valuable addition to the Sales and Lettings team. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys travelling, going to concerts and playing pickleball.
