It is the 1st of December today which means that Christmas is only a matter of weeks away!
If you haven't done already, you may find yourself clambering around in the loft this weekend as you attempt to get the decorations down and begin the festivities. Everything does feel just that bit cosier and the mood seems much happier once the tinsel and baubles are out so it is definitely worth battling the dust in the loft for them.
If you are lucky, you may find that work will start to slow down a bit and you can ease yourself into the holidays. However, you may also now find that work gets a lot more intense as the rush to get everything completed before the Christmas break looms upon you. If you are one of these people, I suggest that you go out and buy yourself an advent calendar. You can begin this tomorrow and there's nothing like a block of chocolate to bring some joy to the cold dark mornings. It's the small things in life, after all.
