The housing market in England will remain open during the current national lockdown. This means that people looking to move home will be able to both continue with planned moves and view new properties to move into in the future. Estate and lettings agents, removers, valuers and people in sales and lettings offices are able to continue working.
This is good news for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords.
We are carrying out initial viewings virtually where possible followed by in person viewings if appropriate. Any clients viewing a property in person must wear a mask and should avoid touching surfaces wherever possible, washing hands regularly and/or use hand sanitiser and follow the social distancing guidance. Taylor Gibbs staff will always accompany any viewings taking place wearing a mask, gloves and following the social distancing guidance and will open all doors during the viewing to minimise surfaces being touched.
A maximum of 2 people are permitted on a viewing and we are currently unable to transport anyone to and from properties.
