As an independent estate agent we pride ourselves on our relationships and ensuring that all of our clients receive a very personal and unique service. No one is just a number or a name on a file to us. Everyone is looked after according to their individual needs whether as a landlord, a tenant, a seller or a buyer. The majority of our business comes from existing or previous clients or personal recommendations which shows we are providing a very good service. Listening and understanding our client's requirements is one of the most important aspects of our job.
Some buyers are not fully conversant with the buying or selling process. We, as their agent, therefore assist as much as possible and in some cases walk them through from start to finish to ensure they are clear on their responsibilities and commitments.
This is the same for people renting. Moving house can be perceived to be a stressful time but it doesn't have to be. It is our job to try and make the process as smooth as possible. Inevitably, problems do crop up as a matter of course but we have seen it all before and no problem is too much for us to handle!
Buying or selling a property for the majority of our buyers is one of the biggest transactions they will ever undertake. We deal with a number of first time buyers so developing a close working relationship is extremely important. A buyer or a seller needs to be able to trust their agent and as an agent the client must always come first.
