Since the turn of the New Year, 2020 has gotten off to a rocky start. The ongoing bushfires in Australia, the outbreak of the coronavirus, the death of basketball legend Kobe Bryant, and of course the new and uncertain era for the UK following Brexit, we think it's time to spread a bit of happiness and look forward to an exciting February ahead!
February holds a host of quirky and fun days to brighten up this cold winter month, here's just a few:
4th February – ‘Thank a Mail Carrier Day' – An opportunity to go and show your appreciation to the men and women who deliver your copious amounts of Amazon deliveries!
7th February – ‘Send a Card to a Friend Day' - Spend a little time showing your friends that you care. Send them a card – how old-school.
9th February – ‘Pizza Day' – It's hard to think of a better day than this during the whole year!
14th February – ‘Organ Donor Day' – Apart from obviously being Valentine's Day, spare a though for the organ donors. These people save lives, so give some thought to the brave men and women that donate organs to their friends, family, and sometimes strangers.
18th February – ‘Drink Wine Day' – Much like pizza day, you can't really go wrong with this. Although don't drink too much because you'll have work the next day..
Nowadays there's a special ‘Day' for almost anything, so fill your calendars to bring you a happy day, every day!
