The 2017/18 season will mark the 26th season of the Premier League. English football has come a long way over the years, and it is clear to see how much the sport has changed; fitness levels are at an all-time high as the pace continues to get quicker and far more physically demanding in general.

The 2017/18 season kicks off on Friday 11th August, with Arsenal hosting Leicester City.
Judging by how turbulent the pre-season fixtures have been for many clubs, we can expect a thrilling year of football ahead of us.
