Covid – easing of Plan B restrictions

Date Published 01 January 2022

The start of easing Plan B Covid restrictions in England has started today with secondary school pupils in England no longer required to wear face coverings in classrooms.

This will be followed next Thursday with a number of other easements including:

People urged to return to offices as advise to work from home is lifted.

Wearing of face masks in public places scrapped.

Covid passports no longer required.

These welcome changes signal that we are starting to get back to some sort of normality albeit learning to live with Covid. We hope that everyone stays safe and well following what has been such difficult times for us all.
